A 35 years old lady visited MiCD department of National Dental Hospital with discolored and misaligned upper front teeth with a history of accident 6 years ago. Clinical examination reveled misaligned tooth # 11 which was endodontically treated and restored with direct composite restoration .The patient wanted to enhance her smile within one visit as she had major family function to attain on same week . Patient was given following treatment options. Minor orthodontic tooth movement followed by lithium disilicate crown or veneer, lithium disilicate crown or veneer, Naturomimetic Direct Veneer ( NVD), due to time and financial constraint patient decided to have NDV as final treatment.
