A 27 years old female presented with tooth sensitivity in the lower left quadrant and wanted her amalgam filling to be replaced with tooth-coloured material. She was concerned on the cost and requested for the fasted treatment option due to travel commitments. Intra oral examination revealed micro leakage around an Amalgam restoration in tooth #36, old composite restorations with open margin and gap formation in tooth #37 and #38. The exposed dentinal tubules caused dentin hypersensitivity as a response to hot and cold stimuli. Pulp test was recorded positive for all three teeth.
